This circuit style workout features 6 strength-focused exercises across 3 stations, allowing you to go heavier and adjust weight/intensity as needed.
You'll complete 3 rounds, working for 50 seconds with 25 seconds of rest, and 90-second recovery periods between rounds. Expect a well-balanced session targeting your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core, using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines, and resistance bands to challenge your muscles from different angles.
