EVENT DETAILS

Strengthen and define your upper body with Level Bootcamp (Upper Focus)—a structured, high-intensity strength workout designed to build power and muscular endurance. This class is broken into three circuits, each targeting different movement patterns: Circuit 1: PUSH movements (chest, shoulders, triceps) Circuit 2: PULL movements (back, biceps) Circuit 3: Small muscle focus (isolated strength work) This stationary workout allows you to go heavier and adjust weight/intensity as needed. You'll complete 12 rounds, working for 40 seconds with 15 seconds of rest, and 90-second recovery periods between circuits to maintain performance. Expect a focused, strength-building session that leaves you feeling stronger and more defined!
