This fast-paced workout features 12 functional movements across 4 dynamic stations, utilizing equipment like jump ropes, ladders, SkiErgs, rowers, fan bikes, and more.

You'll move through 12 rounds, working hard for 30 seconds at a time before taking 20 seconds of rest, with 90 seconds of recovery between rounds. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance performance or simply aiming to improve your stamina, this class will challenge you at your level while keeping energy levels high!
