Our personal trainers are always available and happy to help anyone who could use a few pointers on form, or need the expert instruction of one-on-one personal training or small group training. Maximize your results, keep away from injury and experience the advantages of working with one of our personal trainers.
Initial Assessment
- All new members receive a complementary Fitness Evaluation
- Includes a full health history, an InBody 3D Body Scan, and movement assessment
- This inital session will provide you with valuable information on how to begin your fitness journey at LEVEL Fitness Club.
