Build upper body strength and definition with Level Method Upper, a structured strength-training workout designed to develop power, endurance, and stability. This circuit style workout features 6 strength-focused exercises across 3 stations, allowing you to go heavier and adjust weight/intensity as needed.

You'll complete 3 rounds, working for 50 seconds with 25 seconds of rest, and 90-second recovery periods between rounds. Expect a well-balanced session targeting your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core, using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines, and resistance bands to challenge your muscles from different angles.

This class is perfect for those looking to build strength, improve muscle endurance, and enhance overall upper-body performance.
