Strengthen and sculpt your lower body with Level Method Lower, a targeted strength-training session designed to build power, endurance, and stability. This circuit style workout features 6 strength-focused exercises across 3 stations, allowing you to focus on form, increase weight, and adjust intensity as needed.

You’ll utilize a variety of modalities, including dumbbells, kettlebells, landmines, core bags, and Bulgarian bags, to challenge your muscles in different planes of motion. The workout consists of 3 rounds of 6 exercises, working for 50 seconds with 25 seconds of rest between movements. With 90-second recovery periods between rounds, you’ll have just enough time to reset and push through with maximum effort.
